This is a region of the Northern Sahara desert of North Western Africa.

    The only recorded Spinosaurus aegyptiacus discovery up to the end of the 20th century was a partial skeleton, jaw and large ribs of the infamous sail back dinosaur discovered by the German palaeontologist Ernest Stromer in 1915.
