A significantly rare display of Seirocrinus subangularis lilies preserved on eigengrau-black Holzmaden shale, standing at 1.8 meters, revealing two complete Seirocrinus from flowers to roots, embracing the mineralised Jurassic driftwood with entwined pyritised stems - by far, a superior collector's piece curated for wall display.
Pyritised throughout the Seirocrinus lily which belongs to a large group of marine invertebrates, making these ancient lilies more akin to starfish and sea urchins than plant life as we know it today.
