A large Spinosaurus tooth from a huge adult individual, the semi-aquatic predators grasping teeth were an evolutionary killing tool of a marine specialist. The conical shape, although Spinosaurus has a more ovoid shape in cross-section, is similar to the crocodilians of the same habitat and age. Crocodilian teeth of the period having a more round form in cross-section.

The complete and unbroken tooth is of a large bulky size from a massive jaw, has suffered some enamel loss evident in the upper crown section. The crown apical tip has definite life wear and this is an interesting morphological study aspect. The carinae cutting edges are evident as are the facets in the enamel around the body of the tooth crown. This is a huge tooth, an excellent quality of preservation and morphologically a very interesting deformed in the jaw, study specimen dinosaur tooth. Original matrix still attached to the base of the root. The preceding tooth has caused a grove or gouge in the enamel of the tooth an excellent insight into the tooth development in the animal's jaw.
