Multicoloured sculptural Orbicular Jasper freeform 165mm, freckled with orbicular inclusions with a polished front and natural unpolished minerals on the back. The name orbicular jasper refers to the spherical and orbicular structure of the mineralised inclusions. However can be often referred to as ocean jasper due to it locality along the intertidal shores of north-east Madagascar. Technically named Rhyolite, it's commonly referred to as orbicular jasper. Found in Analalava district in the Mahajanga jungles of Madagascar.
