Cambropallas Andalusiana Trilobite 195mm, has exceptional preservation to both positive and negative plates or each half of the fossil bedding plain. The exoskeleton has preserved absorbing the surrounding iron deposits. Overall an exceptionally well preserved and completely natural positive and negative specimen.
The three dimensional exoskeleton of the arthropod displaying every segment of the thorax, the cephalon (head) and pygidium (tail). The axis lobe running the length of the body from the cephalon to the pygidium raised in keel fashion, the eye covers clearly protrude up from cephalon and each plural lobe complete and very well defined down to the pygidium.
A truly superb addition to the Moroccan trilobite stable of this region and time period.
