Decorated Quern Grinding Stone Fragment 133mm long. The fragment stone decorated with symetrical wavy lines to each side, however one side has faired better. Verso the stone appears to have suffered from weathering and the writer suggests this appears to be from water erosion over millennia. A highly decorative fragment, most unusual. Originally part of a large grinding stone.
