An Order Phacopida (Superfamily Acastoidea) Coltraenia oufatenensis excavated from the heart of Morocco's Devonian period (this point in prehistory is known as the Eifelian age), discovered in the lesser Anti Atlas mountains, North Africa.

The little alien looking invertebrate bug now meticulously cleaned and prepared from the limestone which once entombed it. The specimen is exhibiting great detail throughout the fossil trilobites carapace.

A very recognisable diagnostic feature of the taxon is the schizochroal eyes, many rows of convex lenses can be seen on protruding towers.
