Incredible & exceptional group of Otodus Obliquus Mackerel Shark teeth, all from the one shark. The teeth are in excellent condition, with well preserved roots, cusps, and fine colour & patina. All 43 teeth, from the same shark which is extremely rare. Image is of one group of teeth from different views. From the renowned Phosphate fossil beds Nr Kouribdga , Western Morocco. LOCATION: Kouribdga formation, Nr Casablanca, Morocco. GENUS: Otodus Obliquus sp. OTHER NAMES: Lamna oblique or obliqua / Extinct Giant Mackerel Shark GEOLOGICAL AGE: Palaeocene period [65-55 million years ago]
